I have to leave a one star because I feel like the management needs to be seriously notified. The way that the worker put together my overly priced wrap was ridiculous. There was like a lump of cheese in the middle and it was spread out weird, one bite you have nothing in it next bite you have a mouth full of cheese. Who makes food like this? Was this employee even trained? I also ordered the toast with bananas on it and it was a complete joke. First of all they burnt the toast so it was incredibly hard to chew, and they barely put any bananas on top? I used to order this I guess over a year ago at this point, and it was delicious. Yes the same high price but it was worth it because they put a bunch of bananas on there and the bread was nice and thick and soft. I recommend you train your employees how to make food that is edible and delicious because people are paying for this be well made. It's really not that difficult to put the ingredients inside a wrap and a nice way, especially at the price that the customers are paying. I will change my review to five stars if I go back next time and order the same thing and it's noticably better, because it easily can be.

Lovely time at Clean Juice! The smoothies are fresh and feel clean, living up to the name well. Staff is also very friendly. In particular, we were served by Evie. She greeted us with a jolly smile before whipping up a beautiful swirl drink. As I was going to rate my drink, she gave me two big special thumbs up. Thanks Evie! Great experience overall.

Great experience today at clean juice chapel hill. Was greeted as soon as I walked in with a cheerful attitude and warm smile. Ended up getting the recovery one which was so good. This was my first time here and I really had no clue what to get, but Ethan was so helpful in his recommendations and service. Got to see it be fully made right in front of me and was able to just feel like a valued customer the whole time. Lots of room and tables to sit down and relax or work on school stuff. Join the rewards program!

i placed my first order on the app, came when the time told me to pick up. the lady said my order wasn’t ready yet (but i saw my drink in the mini fridge?) i patiently waited 20 minutes until my lunch break was almost over, and then just walked up and grabbed my drink, and saw my sandwich behind the counter and grabbed that too. i wish they would’ve said “tori your order is ready” so i wouldn’t have had to wolf down my meal. also the juice had separated quite a lot after.

I made an online order July 17th at 7:20pm that was supposed to ready for pickup yesterday at 7:40ish. I arrive at 7:47pm for the order to still not be completed. So I waited in store until they finished. The gentleman almost forgot the drizzle & was reminded by another employee. I've ordered from here once before but my bowl didn't look like the one I received yesterday. I was below satisfactory & I would greatly appreciate a refund. Ate a couple bites & threw it away b/c it still had the goji berries I did not want added.----This is an exact email sent to support which has not yet been responded to not resolved.
